Cancellation Policy/No Show
Each clients’ appointment is very important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention you deserve. As a result, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge for the scheduled service. A 24-hour notice or less and/or a no-show will be charged 100% of their service amount.
Bookings made within the 24 hour period must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a 50% charge of their service amount.

Return Policy
We are happy to return any unused product for a full refund within 14 days. Used products may be exchanged.
RE-DO Policy
For any clients unsatisfied with their service, you can book a re-do with the same stylist/colorist within 14 days of service at no charge.
Late Policy
If a client is 15 minutes or more late, they may have to reschedule depending on the colorist/stylists’ availability.
