Although my hair situation was challenging, he took the time to understand my concerns, offered two options, and was honest and realistic about the possible outcomes. I really appreciated his approach and I’m so glad I trusted him with my haircut. Highly recommend!

I’m the type of person who accepts the wrong order at a restaurant just to avoid a fuss, so when my new color washed out, I hesitated to call. Instead, they showed zero defensiveness. Nevaeh had originally tackled my difficult, porous hair with relentless enthusiasm, and Macey handled my haircut. I walked in ready to recklessly chop it all off out of frustration, but Macey acted as the ultimate sanity check. She asked the right questions, talked me down, and spruced up a beautiful transition cut instead. When I called about the color, they instantly coordinated schedules to get both Macey and Nevaeh in the room together for a same-day courtesy fix. It takes elite execution to make a conflict-averse dog mom feel completely taken care of. They care about the craft. Worth every cent.

My hair has the best color ever!! I am 66, been to a lot of different salons over the years. Hands down this is the best!! Well worth the $. Kristen is an absolute creative genius. I will we using this salon from now on!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I had such a lovely time at Pursuit Salon. My stylist Lauren was kind, efficient, and great at doing highlights on my hair. She gave me advice about what colours would suit my hair, given my history. She also taught me about what shampoos would be good for my hair. All the employees seemed really respectful to each other and their clients, which was lovely to see!

Sarah was phenomenal! Been wanting to get a certain haircut done for years and no one has been able to achieve it but she was so meticulous with it, it took some time but the outcome was exactly how I wanted it! I’m glad she took her time and asked me if it’s to my liking, etc. I was also a few minutes late to my appointment due to traffic and they were still accommodating. I had my 2 year old with me who just woke up from a nap as well. The staff were so sweet with her giving her snacks and one of them, named Kitty even helped clean my daughter’s hands from the Ferrero Rocher!! The haircut was amazing and the staff was so friendly and warm. Exactly what I wanted!!
