Any pricing, timelines, recommendations, or other information shown on the Site or in response to an online inquiry are estimates only. They are based on typical engagements and do not constitute a binding offer.

Final pricing, scope, and contract terms are determined only after a written, signed proposal from Pursuit Salon covering your specific professional hair services, including haircuts and styling, hair color, hair treatments, and hair extensions. Neither use of the Site nor submission of an online inquiry creates a contract or obligates either party to a transaction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, photos, illustrations, design, and code, is the property of Pursuit Salon or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Service-Specific Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website only. Service satisfaction is covered by our re-do policy: clients unsatisfied with a service may book a re-do with the same stylist or colorist within 14 days of the original service at no charge, as described on our Policies page. Nothing on this Site modifies, replaces, or supplements those separate agreements.

By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Pursuit Salon about your inquiry and related information.
